Company Valuation
In recent years, as a result of both the increasing interest of foreign investors in Turkey and the increasing trend of marriage among local investors, the shareholders want to know the value of their shares. In addition, some legal requirements (especially as per the Capital Market legislation and tax legislation) and share transfers within the family / between the shareholders also create a need for valuation.
