Personal data processed
Through our contact and proposal forms we process your name, company name, email address, telephone number and message content; in job applications, the information in your CV; and technical data while you use our website.

- Fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring information security
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, and the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Processing based on explicit consent is presented separately in the Explicit Consent Statement.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public authorities under legal obligations and to the IT, email and form infrastructure providers we use (including those with servers abroad, in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK).
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and physically through the forms on our website, email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
Your rights
You can submit requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK in writing to the address above or by email. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
