What is Personal Data Protection Assurance?

Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) places obligations on data controllers such as taking administrative and technical measures, maintaining a data inventory and registering with VERBİS. Non-compliance means serious reputational damage on top of administrative fines.
