Learn the profession alongside the partners.

Take on responsibility early by working in small teams at the same table as our founding partners, and join international projects through the SFAI network.

Culture

Our culture: a team that thinks independently and learns together.

Audit is a profession built on trust. To give that trust to our clients, we first build it within our own team: an environment where asking questions is encouraged, mistakes are not hidden and everyone can reach the partners directly.

At ARSEN there are areas of responsibility rather than job descriptions. From your first year you work face to face with clients, own your file and see the result of your work in the report.

01

Integrity and independence

Objectivity is the foundation of our profession. We say what we believe is right, openly, even when it is uncomfortable.

02

Curiosity and professional scepticism

Asking “why?” is part of our job. We try to understand the business behind the numbers.

03

An open door to the partners

Doors are open so hierarchy never slows the work; you can ask your question directly to the engagement partner.

04

Continuous learning

Standards and regulations change constantly. We build training into the work and share knowledge within the team.

05

Winning together

Success is the team's success. We support one another in busy periods and celebrate good work together.

06

Respect and balance

We acknowledge the reality of busy seasons and make an effort to offer flexibility during exams and personal life events.
