The TSRS aim to disclose sustainability risks and opportunities that could affect an entity's cash flows, access to finance and cost of capital. Their scope is being extended gradually according to thresholds set by POA decisions; reports of companies within scope are subject to sustainability assurance.
As the scope and thresholds may be updated, the POA's latest decision should be checked for each reporting period.
