With regard to the financial statements to be included in the prospectus and subjected to a special independent audit under Communiqué No. II-5.1 on Prospectuses and Issue Documents in initial public offerings of shares of non-public companies, it has been decided to extend to 30 June 2022 the final deadline by which sales may begin with the special-audited three-month interim financial statements as of 31.03.2022 attached to the prospectus.
