What is R&D deduction?

An additional deduction for research and development expenditure in determining corporate income, subject to conditions set out in law.

For activities carried out in R&D and design centres and technology parks, Law No. 5746 and Law No. 4691 provide various tax and social security contribution incentives. Projects and expenditure must be properly documented to benefit from them.
