Full certification is carried out under Law No. 3568 and the related regulation, and concludes with a certification report. A certification report may be required to benefit from certain tax advantages or for certain transactions.
Full certification is a tax compliance review; it is different from an independent audit, which expresses an opinion on the financial statements.
