What is Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

An agreement providing that confidential information shared between the parties is used only for the agreed purpose and not disclosed to third parties.

In acquisition processes it is signed before the data room is opened. Where documents contain personal data, data protection (KVKK) obligations are considered separately.
