What is Domestic minimum corporate tax?

The rule that the corporate tax calculated may not be less than 10% of corporate income before deductions and exemptions.

It was introduced by Law No. 7524 and applies from the 2025 fiscal year. Certain exemptions and deductions (such as the R&D deduction, technology development zone income and participation income) can still be deducted in the minimum tax calculation.
