What is Global minimum top-up tax (Pillar Two)?

A top-up tax collected when the effective tax rate of multinational groups with consolidated annual revenue of €750 million or more falls below 15% in any jurisdiction.

It is Turkey's implementation of the OECD Pillar Two (GloBE) rules and was added to the corporate tax law by Law No. 7524. For groups in scope, deferred tax and transitional safe harbour calculations become important.
